1. Provider and contact

2. Use of the website

The website presents a personal portfolio and information about development and testing services. Visitors must use the website lawfully and provide accurate information about themselves or someone they are authorised to represent.

The website’s content is protected by copyright. Copying or republishing all or a substantial part of it, or using it commercially, requires the operator’s prior permission unless the law provides otherwise.

3. Enquiries and contract formation

The contact form is for enquiries and requests to discuss a project only. If email confirmations are enabled, an automatic message is sent to the submitted address with a copy of the information provided and confirmation that the enquiry arrived. This receipt confirmation is not acceptance of an offer or order and does not create a payment obligation or contract.

If the parties later discuss working together, an individual written offer should specify the scope and deliverables, price and tax treatment, schedule, payment milestones, change handling and usage rights. A contract is formed only when both parties clearly agree in writing.

4. Consumer contracts

The current website does not accept consumer orders. Before entering into a distance contract for services with a consumer, the legally required pre-contract information, price and payment terms, complaint process and information about any withdrawal or termination right must be provided for that offer. Any consumer request to begin performance early and the rules on loss of a withdrawal right must also be addressed before the contract is concluded.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumers have under mandatory law.

5. Fees, payment and delivery

The portfolio does not list prices or packages that can be ordered immediately. Any price, deposit or instalments, bank transfer instructions, start conditions and schedule must be set out in a separate written offer. The project duration depends on scope and must be agreed for each offer.

6. Liability and external links

The operator aims to keep the website accurate and available but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Any liability that cannot be excluded by law is not excluded by these terms.

The website may link to external services such as GitHub or project demos. The relevant provider is responsible for the content and data processing on those websites.

7. Complaints and disputes

Questions or complaints about the website may be sent to [email protected]. Mandatory Hungarian and European consumer-protection rules apply to consumer disputes and are not limited by these terms.

8. Governing law and updates

Hungarian law governs use of the website, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection provisions. These terms may be updated if the website or services change; the current published text and its date apply.
